The registration fee per paper, regardless of the number of authors, is RSD 7,000.00, VAT included(or the equivalent in euros converted at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia applicable on the date of the transaction). In addition to the publication of the paper in the Conference Proceedings, the fee includes: the Opening Reception in Drvengrad, admission to all sessions, Book of Abstracts on CD, promotional material, conference programme, Certificate of Attendance, and refreshments during breaks for all authors.

The students of the College of Applied Scienceswho submit their papers are exempted from the registration fee payment.

The conference participants will be offered the following optional services:

• Gala dinner at the end of the first day - RSD 2,500.00 per person
• Overnight stay with breakfast and lunch RSD 5,500.00 per person

Business organisationsare offered promotional space to present their products, technologies and services. It will be possible to promote scientific books, technical information, as well as to display promotional material. The registration fee for this service is RSD 12,000.00,VAT included (or the equivalent in euros converted at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia applicable on the date of the transaction).

The deadline for the registration fee payment and the payment for any additional service is 10th May 2019. The accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings only if the registration fee payment is made by the deadline.
